To ensure the safe and smooth execution of the inaugural flight mission, Zhuhai Company defined responsibilities and operational procedures based on international cargo flight operation standards, route characteristics, and jet fuel quality requirements. It also liaised with customs, Zhuhai Airport, and the Raya Airways operations team to obtain flight dynamic information, refueling requirements, and route schedule characteristics, while identifying key points in the fuel supply support process. On the day of the inaugural flight, refueling personnel arrived at the operation site ahead of schedule, inspected equipment, and verified fuel quality. Following the standardized "six-step aircraft refueling procedure," they completed the refueling of approximately 18 tons of jet fuel.

Once this route achieves regular weekly operations, the weekly international cargo flight volume at Zhuhai Airport will exceed 28 flights. Zhuhai Company stated that it will build on this foundation to continuously enhance its capability to support international cargo flights, strengthen the safety production defense line, and provide supporting services for the development of Zhuhai Airport as an international aviation logistics hub on the west bank of the Pearl River.
