en.Wedoany.com Reported - Denza officially released the official images of its all-new pure electric sports sedan, the Denza Z9S, on July 17, 2026. The model has completed the declaration process with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and is positioned as a more compact short-wheelbase sports sedan. The newly unveiled "Dawn Purple" exterior color, featuring a deep violet hue with delicate metallic texture, further enhances the vehicle's visual impact.

The Denza Z9S continues the Z9 family's "Elegant Momentum" design language. The front fascia features slimmer dual-strip LED daytime running lights, with the high and low beam headlights embedded on both sides of the front bumper. The through-type panel on the front bumper, combined with a split front lip design, creates a low and sporty stance. On the side profile, the fastback roofline, frameless doors, semi-hidden door handles, and yellow brake calipers reinforce the coupe-style aesthetic. The rear end adopts a unique split taillight design, complemented by a subtly raised spoiler, enhancing the vehicle's recognition.

In terms of dimensions, the Denza Z9S measures 5,090 mm in length, 1,980 mm in width, and 1,490 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,025 mm. Compared to the current Denza Z9, the body length is reduced by 145 mm, width by 10 mm, height by 28 mm, and wheelbase by 100 mm, resulting in a more compact and agile overall stance.

Powertrain is a key highlight of the Denza Z9S. The new model offers two powertrain configurations: a rear-mounted single-motor rear-wheel-drive version and a three-motor all-wheel-drive version equipped with the "Yi San Fang" technology. The single-motor version delivers a maximum power of 370 kW, while the three-motor all-wheel-drive version boasts a combined power output of 890 kW. Both variants are paired with a battery pack with a capacity of 102.326 kWh. Under CLTC conditions, the single-motor version achieves a range of up to 920 km, while the three-motor version offers a range of 780 km. Additionally, the new model will feature advanced technologies such as the second-generation Blade Battery, the "Eye of God" advanced driver assistance system, the Yun Nian-A intelligent air suspension system, and a next-generation AI smart cockpit.

The launch of the Denza Z9S marks Denza's further expansion into the high-end pure electric sports sedan segment. Its strategy of "short wheelbase without compromising features" aims to attract users seeking a more agile driving experience. The model is expected to officially go on sale within 2026.
