en.Wedoany.com Reported - China Railway 19th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., in consortium with Zhongji Development Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Industrial Design Group Co., Ltd., has won the bid for the lead-zinc ore project in Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County, Chengde City. The total project investment is approximately 770 million yuan, with plans to construct a 300,000-ton-per-year mine and a supporting beneficiation plant.
The project is located in Wangchanggou Village, Mengziling Township, Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County, involving non-ferrous metal ores such as lead and zinc, with a total ore volume of 800,000 tons. The specific ore types and output will be further optimized based on geological exploration results and mining techniques. Referring to construction standards for similar non-ferrous metal mine projects, the ore processing capacity at this scale requires an efficient mining and beneficiation process system to ensure full resource recovery and utilization. The total project investment and construction content are subject to the final design plan.
The proposed construction includes: supporting facilities in the mining area, covering temporary works, building construction, road and pipeline works, slag retaining walls, landscaping, lighting, and power facilities; the construction of the mining system, involving underground mining and open-pit stripping; and site preparation works, including road construction and land leveling. The project adopts an EPC general contracting model, covering design, procurement, installation and construction, completion acceptance, and defect repair and warranty during the project warranty period.
