Perpetua Advances Key Construction at U.S. Stibnite Gold-Antimony Project

The project has entered the critical path construction phase, with 2026 focused on the Burntlog access road, site infrastructure, power supply, and long-lead equipment manufacturing for the processing system. As of August 24, approximately half of the modular units for the permanent workforce camp have arrived on site, with the remaining units staged in Cascade, approximately 75 miles from the project, and being transported in ongoing batches.

The project's permanent workforce camp, provided by ATCO as modular facilities, has completed site grading and utility installation, and is ready for the module installation phase. The camp will serve as long-term accommodation for project construction and subsequent operations personnel. The Administrative Pad is also being developed on site, which will house administrative, emergency services, and other support facilities. Perpetua previously contracted ATCO for the design, construction, and installation of camp housing, with related construction preparation completed in 2025.

Manufacturing of long-lead equipment for the Stibnite processing facility has also commenced. Perpetua placed purchase orders earlier this year, and key components for the project's **two high-pressure autoclaves** are currently being fabricated at a custom manufacturing facility in Europe. Curved steel plates are being rolled to the pressure vessel design radius and will subsequently be welded to form the autoclave bodies. These units are critical long-lead equipment in the Stibnite processing flowsheet, serving the project's gold ore treatment system.

Construction continues on the Burntlog Route, which will connect to the project site. The U.S. Forest Service previously identified this route as the preferred alternative during the project's environmental review; once completed, the Burntlog Route will serve as the primary access road to the Stibnite project. Perpetua initiated new critical path work for the 2026 construction season on May 30, including initial construction of the Burntlog Route. The company is simultaneously advancing upgrades to existing transmission lines and supporting site infrastructure.

In addition to construction activities, the 2026 exploration drilling program at the Stibnite project is underway concurrently. Four drill rigs are currently operating on site, with approximately 5,800 meters completed out of a new drilling program totaling about 10,000 meters. This drilling runs in parallel with main mine construction, and the project is no longer in a purely permitting or pre-construction phase.

Early works at the Stibnite project actually commenced on October 21, 2025. Following the U.S. Forest Service's completion of the Record of Decision and approval of the project's operating plan, Perpetua posted approximately $160 million in financial assurance for the construction phase. In 2025, the company also appointed Hatch as the EPCM contractor, responsible for the processing plant, high-pressure oxidation facilities, and portions of the infrastructure, utilities, and supporting systems.

On project financing, the board of the Export-Import Bank of the United States has advanced long-term financing arrangements for the Stibnite project this year.
