The project has a total investment of 514 million yuan, leasing approximately 2,600 mu of pond areas, with a supporting 18 mu booster station. The booster station buildings include a comprehensive building, a hazardous waste room, a power distribution building, and other structures, all constructed in this phase, with a total building area of 1,603 square meters.

Upon completion, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of approximately 38 million yuan, increasing village collective economic income by over 2 million yuan. It can save about 46,100 tons of standard coal for power generation annually and reduce greenhouse gas carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 125,900 tons per year.

Since the project's advancement, Shannan Town has established a dedicated task force to provide proactive services and full-process support, efficiently completing preliminary work such as pond seedling surveys and geotechnical surveys for the booster station plot, while orderly progressing with lease compensation agreement signing and state-owned asset disposal preparations. Preparatory work for the project construction site and pond areas is advancing simultaneously, ensuring the project commenced construction as scheduled.
