en.Wedoany.com Reported - Chinese consumer exoskeleton brand Hypershell has launched its new X Series in Europe, including three models—X Ultra S, X Max S, and X Pro S—now available in multiple European markets. Certified by Germany's TÜV Rheinland, the series achieves a 97.5% gait synchronization rate across various terrains, with a response time of 0.31 seconds—a 64.5% improvement over the previous generation. This is also the world's first consumer exoskeleton validated based on human factors engineering.



The three models cater to different use cases: the X Ultra S is designed for the most demanding outdoor conditions, with a suggested retail price of €1,999 (£1,699); the X Max S targets mixed terrain, priced at €1,499 (£1,299); and the X Pro S is for daily activities and light outdoor sports, priced at €999 (£899).
Hypershell founder Kelvin Sun stated that the new X Series, powered by HyperIntuition™ technology, enables the company to move beyond traditional rule-based motion modeling into a new era of end-to-end AI motion control, integrating perception, recognition, prediction, and planning into a continuous system. This technology allows the exoskeleton to adapt more naturally during complex movements and provide more synchronized support. Meanwhile, Hypershell Shelly, the industry's first AI agent for consumer exoskeletons, has entered beta testing, allowing users to control the exoskeleton through text or voice interaction.
On the hardware front, the flagship models X Ultra S and X Max S feature the next-generation M-One Ultra motor system, achieving 90% energy conversion efficiency and a 50% reduction in heat loss. SGS certification tests show that this motor system can reduce oxygen consumption by 39.2% and heart rate by 42.7%. The X Ultra S uses an aerospace-grade titanium alloy 3D-printed hip lever tube and a carbon fiber composite leg structure, tested through one million high-torque swing cycles. The series has an IP54 protection rating and operates in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C.
To validate the product's performance in real-world demanding tasks, Hypershell has launched the HyperLIFT field testing program, planning to provide exoskeletons to over 50 search and rescue organizations for field testing by 2026. The device has already been used in extreme scenarios such as Mount Everest ascents. Adrianna Brownlee, the youngest female climber to summit all 14 peaks over 8,000 meters, and Gelje Sherpa, the youngest to summit K2 in winter, used Hypershell during their climbs. Additionally, French mountain bike obstacle course athlete Aurélien Fontenoy, after a severe accident, completed a 4,037-kilometer ride along Route 66 in just 20 days with the help of the Hypershell X Ultra S. This journey is documented in the short film "The Long Way Back," set for release in early August.
The Hypershell X Series is available in markets including the UK, Germany, France, and Italy through the Hypershell.tech website and retailers such as Decathlon, Currys, and Fnac. Founded in 2021, Hypershell has sold tens of thousands of units in over 70 countries worldwide.
