en.Wedoany.com Reported - Urban regeneration firm Muse has formally signed a development agreement with Milton Keynes City Council to lead the creation of a masterplan covering key sites on both sides of Bletchley station.

Muse will work in partnership with Milton Keynes Development Partnership to deliver a mixed-use community offering homes across tenures, including affordable housing, build to rent, and private sale, alongside retail space, active ground floor uses, community facilities, and upgraded public spaces.

The appointment follows confirmation of a £22 million investment package for the new eastern entrance to Bletchley station, with £17 million from the Government's Growth Mission Fund and up to £5 million from Milton Keynes City Council.

The appointment adds Central Bletchley to Muse's growing portfolio of station-led regeneration projects, including Stevenage Station Gateway, Bristol Temple Quarter, Arden Cross, Stockport Exchange, and Salford Central.

Next steps for the project team include launching public consultation and design work on the masterplan before submitting detailed development proposals.
