Built by Harbin Northern Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd. for Heihe Port Authority Co., Ltd., this pushboat adopts an innovative all-steel single-bottom, single-deck, shallow-draft design, marking a landmark project in the field of clean energy inland vessels in Heilongjiang Province.

The Harbin Branch placed high importance on the construction inspection work of the project, establishing a dedicated team to proactively coordinate with all parties involved and conduct technical exchanges on green ship regulations and statutory inspection requirements for clean energy vessels.
