This series of products integrates large model computing power, AI agent memberships, and AI office and learning tools into the bank card benefits system, driving the evolution of bank cards from payment tools to AI capability distribution carriers.

Through MaaS capability output, UnionPay opens its accumulated large model capabilities and financial vertical AI capabilities to banks and other partners via standardized interfaces, forming a replicable AI agent bank card solution. In terms of payment functions, UnionPay has promoted the core one-click intelligent payment function with commercial banks and AI agent scenario merchants, with applications such as Umetrip and Didi confirmed as the first batch of pilot merchants.

As of now, several banks including Ping An Bank, SPD Bank, and Bank of Communications have taken the lead in issuing cards. Ping An Bank, in collaboration with UnionPay and Tencent Cloud, launched the "AI Smart Computing Card"; SPD Bank, together with UnionPay and Alibaba Cloud, released the Tech Elite Credit Card (Cloud Smart Edition); Bank of Communications, in partnership with UnionPay, launched an artificial intelligence-themed debit card and simultaneously upgraded the benefits of its existing credit card series. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, China Merchants Bank, Postal Savings Bank of China, China Everbright Bank, Industrial Bank, China Minsheng Bank, Bank of Shanghai, Bank of Jiangsu, and Huishang Bank will also successively launch distinctive AI agent bank card products.

At the same time, UnionPay is promoting the extension of payment capabilities from mobile phones and computers to in-vehicle systems, AR, MR glasses, and other pan-terminals. In in-vehicle scenarios, users can complete services such as in-car meal ordering and charging replenishment through natural language. In glasses and spatial computing scenarios, UnionPay is exploring card selection, coupon redemption, and payment confirmation through voice, eye movement, and gesture interactions.
