The acquisition further extends BMT's maritime design strengths in ferries, special-purpose vessels, autonomous technology, and advanced ship technology, while enhancing its ability to support clients in delivering complex vessel projects in international markets.

Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Sydney, One2three has delivered more than 300 vessels across over 30 countries and is renowned for its expertise in efficient hull form design and high-performance ferries. The company maintains long-standing relationships with clients in Australia, Europe, Asia, the UK, and the US, with a portfolio spanning commercial ferries, paramilitary craft, luxury yachts, and battery-electric vessels.

Following the merger, existing client relationships, delivery teams, and projects under way remain continuous and uninterrupted. BMT's global ship design services are thereby further expanded to support distributed shipbuilding projects across multiple international markets; clients gain easier access to globally connected design and engineering teams, faster project response times, and closer collaboration with shipyards.
