China's Xiangdian Mechanical & Electrical Wins Bid for 1,178 MW Solar and 150 MW Energy Storage O&M in Yunnan

en.Wedoany.com Reported - XEMC's Hunan Xiangdian Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd. recently won the bid for the professional technical service project for solar and energy storage power stations of Yunnan New Energy Development Co., Ltd., and will provide professional, one-stop O&M services for 11 centralized solar power stations, 3 distributed solar power stations, and 1 large-scale energy storage power station.

The service sites of this project are located in multiple areas of Yunnan, including Kunming, Wenshan, Dali, Yuxi, Dehong, Chuxiong, and Lincang, with an overall installed capacity of 1,178 MW of centralized solar, 2.795 MW of distributed solar, and 150 MW/300 MWh of energy storage. The O&M business covers a diverse range of scenarios, including mountain centralized solar power stations, large-scale energy storage power stations, rooftop distributed solar on parks and schools, and rural household solar, among various types of new energy stations. The project sites are geographically scattered and the station types are complex, imposing extremely high requirements on cross-regional coordinated dispatch and integrated solar-storage O&M technical capabilities.
