en.Wedoany.com Reported - TAKRAF Group has successfully completed the commissioning of its first X-TREME-class mineral crusher in South America, achieving this milestone just eight months after contract signing, with commissioning finalized in Brazil. This unit marks a further global expansion of the Group's crushing business and reflects the outcome of collaborative execution of a complex delivery project by its German and Brazilian teams.

The division of responsibilities for this project was clearly defined: the main crushing unit was supplied by TAKRAF Group's product and service center in Lauchhammer, Germany, while drive components and auxiliary equipment were delivered by TAKRAF Brazil. The Brazilian site team was responsible for executing the commissioning work, achieving a seamless transition from equipment delivery to operational startup. The close coordination across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and site execution was key to meeting the demanding schedule while upholding quality and performance standards.
Tiago Carvalho, Managing Director of TAKRAF Brazil, stated that delivering and commissioning the first X-TREME-class crusher in South America within eight months of contract signing demonstrates the commitment, agility, and technical expertise of the Brazilian and German teams, while also supporting the customer's project objectives.
The successful deployment of this unit expands the global application scope of the TAKRAF X-TREME-class mineral crusher product line. As the Group continues to grow its operations in South America, this project establishes a foundation for further collaboration in the region.
