SANY Marine signed a contract with Hanseatic Global Terminals (HGT) to supply 26 units of port machinery for its South American container terminal, including 6 Ship-to-Shore (STS) cranes and 20 Rubber-Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes. From South American ports to Southeast Asian rice processing plants, these two deliveries represent a continuation of SANY's global service network development, with equipment configured according to the production needs of customers in different markets.

This batch of port machinery integrates designs focused on efficiency, safety, and sustainability, aimed at helping HGT cope with continuously growing cargo volumes. Dheeraj Bhatia, General Manager of HGT, stated that this contract marks a significant step in the company's journey toward building a world-class port, and that SANY's equipment will provide foundational support for safe and efficient port operations, serving customers and driving regional economic growth. Zhou Guoyuan, Chairman of SANY Marine, stated that this contract advances SANY's global expansion strategy, and the company will continue to leverage its expertise in port and logistics machinery to help customers improve operational efficiency.

Thailand produces over 20 million tons of milled rice annually, with export volumes consistently ranking among the top three globally. The operating environment of rice mills includes high dust levels, extended continuous operation, and high-intensity workloads, imposing requirements on equipment in terms of environmental friendliness, noise levels, and all-weather reliability. The SW970E electric wheel loader is designed for rice mill working conditions, featuring long battery life, zero emissions, low noise, and enhanced protection.

Following the initial delivery, the customer placed a follow-up order for 50 additional SW956E electric wheel loaders. The SW956E and SW970E models will cover material transport throughout the entire rice production process, from initial processing to final packaging, while also promoting the adoption of electric equipment in Thailand's rice industry. SANY Group stated that it will continue to expand into international markets with efficient and environmentally friendly products, driving the transformation of related industries toward more sustainable operations.
