The Mazak booth will highlight multiple models from the flagship Integrex series of multi-tasking centers.
Mazak stated that the latest developments on display were developed in response to the demand from both new and existing multi-tasking users for flexible and efficient integrated production solutions, drawing on over four decades of industry insight accumulated in multi-tasking machining. The Integrex i-250ST NEO, equipped with Mazak's newly introduced grinding package, will be on display. This model integrates turning, milling, and grinding in a single setup, helping manufacturers reduce cycle times while improving surface finish and dimensional accuracy. Another model, the j-200S NEO, is the first Integrex model manufactured by Mazak at its European factory for the European market, featuring a second spindle and suited for general subcontracting as well as the aerospace, energy, and medical industries, offering turret lathe users reduced setup times and shorter lead times.
Visitors will see the new compact pallet automation system in operation for the first time. Designed for high-mix, low-volume production environments, this system offers a low-barrier 5-axis automation solution and is integrated with the second-generation CV5-500 five-axis machining center. The new model features an optimized machine structure with enhanced static and dynamic rigidity, thereby improving performance, accuracy, and thermal stability, with its exterior designed by industrial designer Ken Okuyama.
The AMB booth will also showcase several compact machines aimed at high-productivity scenarios. The QRX-50 MSY turning center features a dual-spindle, dual-turret configuration and will be set up with a bar feeder automation system on site, demonstrating an easy path to automated production. The VC-Ez 410 IP is a 40-taper vertical machining center that, thanks to its spindle technology, high-speed performance, and intuitive machine control, offers an entry-level price point for high-volume manufacturing applications.
The Mazak Solutions Center will appear at the booth, equipped with three machine simulators to showcase Smooth CNC technology and Mazak iCONNECT M2M digital services. The latter will connect all exhibited machines during the show, with integrated real-time monitoring tools capable of identifying anomalies early to help reduce downtime; support services based on secure remote access also enable rapid diagnostics and efficient operational assistance.
