India's FAGMIL Tenders 2.52 MW Solar Power Plant, Bids Due August 28

en.Wedoany.com Reported - FCI Aravali Gypsum and Minerals India Limited (FAGMIL), a public sector undertaking under India's Department of Fertilizers, has recently issued a tender invitation for a solar power plant with an AC-side installed capacity of 2.52 MW. The plant will be ground-mounted, with a minimum DC capacity of 3.024 MW. The project will be developed under a 25-year Build-Own-Operate (BOO) model, with the selected developer responsible for financing, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, as well as operations and maintenance (O&M).

As per the tender conditions, the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) tariff is set at INR 3.323 per kWh (approximately USD 0.03323 per kWh), with a minimum Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) requirement of 19%. The plant must be commissioned within four months, with an annual power generation of at least 41.94 Lac units (LU, i.e., 4.194 million kWh). Bidders must have a minimum net worth of INR 50 million (i.e., 5 Crore, approximately USD 0.5 million) and an average annual turnover of INR 100 million (i.e., 10 Crore, approximately USD 1 million). Online applications close on August 28, 2026, with bid opening scheduled for August 29, 2026.
