Port of Savannah

During the update, N4, WebAccess, and API will be unavailable. These systems provide container tracking information to users.

The Ocean Terminal gate will be closed on Tuesday, September 8, and the Georgia Ports Authority will use the terminal closure to test the updated system. The terminal will reopen on Wednesday, September 9.

The Garden City Terminal gate will be closed during Labor Day and will reopen at 06:00 on Tuesday, September 8.

After September 7, external N4 users will access the system through two separate web links, corresponding to Garden City Terminal and Ocean Terminal, replacing the current single access link. The Georgia Ports Customer Experience team will distribute the new links to users via email before Labor Day.

Following the update, the WebAccess online service will remain unchanged. The Georgia Ports Authority stated that this system update will support continuous improvements at Ocean Terminal, aiming to enhance the port user experience.
