en.Wedoany.com Reported - On August 28, Phase One of the GV Link Enterprise Park in Victoria, Australia, was officially completed and opened. Located at 250 Toolamba Road in Mooroopna, Phase One delivered four industrial lots covering 55 hectares, along with the upgrade of Simson Road and the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Toolamba Road and Simson Road.

The federal government announced a total investment of AUD 22.5 million for the GV Link freight connection project, with the Australian Government contributing AUD 8.5 million and the Greater Shepparton City Council contributing AUD 14 million. The roadworks were implemented to accommodate high-productivity freight vehicle requirements, with the new road connection linking the park to the local heavy vehicle network.

Construction of Phase One commenced in April 2025, covering site clearing and earthworks, internal roads, drainage facilities, detention basins, and landscaping. The newly constructed roundabout at the intersection of Toolamba Road and Simson Road was designed to meet B-Double heavy vehicle operating requirements, and the park has also completed connections for gas, sewerage, water supply, and NBN communication infrastructure.

The GV Link Freight Precinct features intermodal transport facilities, providing connectivity to the Port of Melbourne as well as interstate and national transport networks. Goods from the Goulburn Valley region can access major road freight corridors via the park's road system.

The Greater Shepparton City Council approved the progression of GV Link Enterprise Park Phase Two in August, with the next stage of industrial land development to follow.
