Putin Says Russian-Designed Nuclear Power Plant Will Provide Vietnam with Low-Cost Clean Electricity

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 9, Russian President Vladimir Putin said after talks with Vietnamese State President To Lam that a Russian-designed nuclear power plant project will be advanced in Vietnam under an intergovernmental agreement signed by the two sides in March this year.
Putin called the project a "flagship project" in bilateral cooperation between Russia and Vietnam. Once the nuclear power plant is completed in the future, it will be able to provide large amounts of reasonably priced and environmentally friendly energy to Vietnam's industrial users and households.
