Yutong Opens Its First Comprehensive Service Center in Europe in Norway

Integrating vehicle delivery, after-sales service, spare parts supply, and professional training, the center primarily serves pure electric bus fleets. The center covers an area of approximately 38,941 square meters, with a building area of 6,074 square meters, of which the spare parts warehouse occupies 2,300 square meters.

The center is equipped with a vehicle delivery area, maintenance bays, inspection facilities, spare parts storage, and training facilities, and can handle vehicle maintenance, compliance inspections, fault diagnosis, and spare parts supply. Yutong has also equipped the center with specialized training equipment for pure electric buses, covering modules such as air conditioning, EBS braking systems, heating systems, batteries, motors, electronic control systems, and rear axle disassembly and assembly. The training equipment uses core assemblies and components from actual vehicles for component identification, functional testing, fault simulation, and maintenance training.

The service center does not replace Yutong's existing European service network, but rather operates alongside local partners and existing service stations. Yutong's official website currently lists service stations in European countries including France, Finland, Denmark, Lithuania, Luxembourg, and Norway; the Stokke center is a comprehensive service facility that directly integrates vehicle delivery, maintenance, spare parts, and training functions for Yutong.

In terms of spare parts and maintenance, the 2,300-square-meter warehouse will centrally handle the storage of commonly used components, while the maintenance area is equipped with professional workstations and testing equipment. The center also implements standardized maintenance and inspection processes, with a local service team responsible for on-site operations, in order to shorten the fault resolution and parts supply chain for electric buses.

Yutong has incorporated the center into its "EnRoute+" global service system. According to the company's announced next-phase plans, in addition to Norway, it will continue to advance localized maintenance, servicing, and inspection capabilities in the Netherlands, Chile, Kazakhstan, and Saudi Arabia.
