Highest Sample at Canada's Hyndman Gold Project Returns 31.20 g/t, Drilling Planned for Autumn
en.Wedoany.com Reported - Dryden Gold has announced the first batch of sampling results from the 2026 regional exploration program at the Hyndman Gold Project in Ontario, Canada. Among 11 rock grab samples, the highest gold grade reached 31.20 g/t, with other notable results including 18.10 g/t, 5.38 g/t, and 1.11 g/t. A gold anomaly corridor approximately 12 kilometers long and 2.5 kilometers wide has been identified in soil and till at the Hyndman Project. The company is further narrowing down targets through geological mapping and heavy mineral concentrate sampling in preparation for follow-up drilling in autumn 2026.

The highest grade of 31.20 g/t came from a quartz vein sample with approximately 1% pyrite; the 18.10 g/t sample also came from a quartz vein. The 5.38 g/t sample was collected from a combination of felsic intrusive rock and quartz veins, while the 1.11 g/t sample came from a felsic dyke and pyrite-bearing veinlet zone. The company also emphasized that grab samples are selective and that the grades cannot be taken as directly representative of the average grade of the entire mineralized zone.
Hyndman has previously completed its first round of drilling, with all 6 drill holes intersecting gold mineralization. The 2026 regional exploration program focuses on determining priority drill locations through systematic mapping, heavy mineral concentrate sampling, and basal till sampling along the existing 12-kilometer anomaly corridor. As of early September, heavy mineral concentrate sampling is approximately 86% complete and is scheduled to be finished by October 1. Assay results from some additional samples are still pending.
The company will also extend sampling to the newly acquired Hyndman Extension and Lost Lake properties to determine whether the existing anomaly zone continues to expand outward. This work will be integrated with structural mapping, focusing on identifying intersections of regional shear zones and secondary structures, and will be used to screen subsequent drill targets. Dryden Gold currently controls approximately 90,000 hectares of mining claims in the Dryden area of Ontario, and the regional exploration program is scheduled for completion in autumn 2026.
