UCloud Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Shanghai Mobile

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 17, UCloud Technology Co., Ltd. and China Mobile Shanghai Company officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will leverage cloud computing, communication networks, artificial intelligence, customer resources, and localized service capabilities to carry out cooperation in areas such as intelligent services, computing power services, international business, and ecosystem development.

In terms of computing power services, UCloud has currently established a product system covering public cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud, and dedicated cloud, and relies on its two self-built intelligent computing centers in Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia and Qingpu, Shanghai to provide AI training, inference, and computing power services. Subsequent cooperation between the two parties can be based on Shanghai Mobile's communication network and local customer resources, combined with UCloud's cloud computing and intelligent computing service capabilities, to expand cloud-network integration and AI computing power services for enterprise customers. UCloud currently has deployed 36 availability zones across 28 regions globally.

In the first half of 2026, UCloud continued to expand its global infrastructure layout, adding overseas nodes in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; São Paulo, Brazil; Denver, United States; Karachi, Pakistan; Almaty, Kazakhstan; and Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and relies on its global dedicated line network to provide public cloud, AI computing power, data compliance, and localized operations and maintenance services to enterprises expanding overseas. The international business segment of this cooperation will connect with its existing overseas nodes and cross-border cloud service system.

In terms of artificial intelligence business, UCloud has established a one-stop intelligent computing service platform covering large model training, inference deployment, and AI Agent applications, and continues to advance the upgrading of GPU computing power products. One of the company's main business lines in the second half of 2026 is AI development and global expansion, with a focus on expanding AI computing power, dedicated cloud, and overseas localized services.
