en.Wedoany.com Reported - On September 17, China's first dedicated intelligent element supply platform for the marine industry—the Marine Token Factory—was officially released in Qingdao. The platform was jointly built with the participation of China Mobile Communications Group Shandong Co., Ltd. Its overall architecture consists of three parts: data, computing power, and algorithms, providing intelligent services for scenarios such as deep-sea oil and gas exploration, marine engineering simulation, multimodal perception, and target recognition.

On the data layer, the platform has gathered more than 130 categories of marine-related data, including offshore operation standards, marine environmental elements, meteorology, and remote sensing, forming a dedicated database oriented to the application needs of frontline marine operations, capable of supporting computing tasks such as marine scientific numerical simulation and engineering simulation.

On the computing power layer, the platform relies on the China Mobile Shandong Qingdao Data Center, integrating high-performance intelligent computing and supercomputing resources. At present, the total scale of the marine computing resource pool has exceeded 800P and is still continuously expanding, while also exploring sea-land collaborative computing power scheduling.

On the algorithm layer, the platform has gathered more than 20 proprietary large models in the marine field, such as "Guanhai" and "Haixing," as well as more than 30 general-purpose models such as "Jiutian," and provides model and algorithm capabilities on demand through a unified platform. The platform standardizes the encapsulation of data governance, computing power scheduling, model services, and tool components, using Token as the unified metering carrier for intelligent services.

The Marine Token Factory was released during the parallel forum "Exploring the Deep Sea—Value Transformation of Future Marine Industries" at the 2026 Marine Cooperation and Development Forum. The forum also focused on fields such as deep-sea high-end equipment, marine engineering industrial software, deep-sea mining equipment, and underwater intelligent operation and maintenance, and released related scientific research and industrial cooperation projects.

According to the current plan, the Marine Token Factory will continue to expand data, computing power, and model resources, with a focus on connecting to actual industrial scenarios such as deep-sea oil and gas exploration, providing unified intelligent computing and model invocation capabilities for marine-related enterprises.
