This coal mine is a major coal project jointly built by Huaibei Mining Group and Xinjiang Tianye Group, a key enterprise of the Eighth Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and is also one of Xinjiang's modern large-scale coal production capacity projects. The project has a minefield area of 171.45 square kilometers, resources of 2.098 billion tons, recoverable reserves of 1.181 billion tons, and a mine construction scale of 10 million tons per year. It mainly mines No. 41 long-flame coal, and its products can be widely used in thermal power generation, residential heating, coal chemical industry, building materials production, and other fields, with broad market application prospects. It is simultaneously equipped with full-chain facilities for auxiliary production, storage and transportation, environmental protection, and operation and maintenance, comprehensively building an intelligent, green, integrated, and coal-chemical-linked demonstration project for clean and efficient coal conversion. After completion and operation, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 2.98 billion yuan and taxes and profits of 1.384 billion yuan.

During the project construction process, Huaibei Mining Group leveraged its technical accumulation and refined management advantages in coal mining and coal chemical industry, while Xinjiang Tianye Group relied on local policies, mineral resources, and market channels to achieve complementary industries between the east and the west and resource-enabled upgrading, creating a new model for cooperation between the Corps and state-owned enterprises directly under Anhui Province, and further improving Huaibei Mining Group's national energy industry layout.
