The project is located at the Gali River crossing on Road DR08592 in the Lady Frere area, with tender number SCMU10-26/27-0018. The project adopts an open tender method, with a bid submission deadline of 11:00 on November 2, and a mandatory site inspection requirement is set.

The scope of works includes the construction of a construction camp and office and testing facilities for the Employer's Engineer, traffic accommodation and necessary temporary road widening, as well as earthworks, subbase structural layers, concrete, precast culverts, localized road works, gabion protection, and stormwater drainage facilities.
