Wedoany.com Report-Nov. 25, The Magnum Ice Cream Company has announced a £50 million investment to modernize its Gloucester factory in the United Kingdom. The project forms part of a wider €350–380 million global supply chain transformation program that includes upgrades at several production sites worldwide.

Located in western England, the Gloucester facility produces well-known brands including Magnum, Viennetta, Twister, and Solero. The current upgrade will involve a full reconstruction of the mix plant, installation of advanced blending technology, and the addition of new high-speed production lines dedicated to products such as Twister and Solero.

Wedoany.com Report-Nov. 25, These improvements are designed to increase overall production capacity by 50 percent by 2027 compared with 2023 levels while enhancing operational efficiency and infrastructure quality.

Established in 1959, the Gloucester plant currently manufactures more than 600 million ice cream units annually, with over 80 percent of output supplied to the UK market.
