Wedoany.com Report on Feb 13th, Zaytran recently launched the new Xray-S-5800 dual-rail fixture, specifically designed to meet the automated transfer needs of large components. This product helps manufacturing enterprises increase production throughput by supporting high acceleration, moment loads, and high-speed stable transfer. It is particularly suitable for heavy industrial scenarios such as automotive manufacturing and aerospace.

The Xray-S-5800 dual-rail fixture adopts a dual-jaw structure, with a single jaw clamping force of 1,300 pounds. Paired with the newly developed CDA bronze-based synchronous system, it can effectively disperse stress, reduce mechanical wear, and extend equipment service life. Its core innovation lies in the dual machine tool bearing guide rail design. This dual-rail fixture structure optimizes force distribution, enabling the fixture to maintain stability during multi-g acceleration and deceleration processes, significantly reducing lateral offset and moment fluctuations. Actual tests show that this design can shorten the transfer cycle time of large components between workstations by 15%, while reducing the failure rate to below 0.3%.
The technical team emphasizes that the modular design of the Xray-S-5800 supports rapid changeover and can be adapted to industrial robots of different sizes. Its built-in force feedback sensors can monitor the clamping status in real-time, preventing component damage caused by overload. Currently, the product has completed compatibility testing with several mainstream robot brands and has demonstrated excellent performance in handling heavy components such as engine blocks and aerospace structural parts.
