Siegwerk and the Revere Group have announced an expansion of their partnership, focusing on innovation in the flexible food packaging sector. By adopting Siegwerk's low migration SICURA Nutriflex ORBIS DC ink system, both parties have achieved significant improvements in color consistency, printing efficiency, and sustainability.

Revere Group, a family-owned packaging manufacturer based in Seattle, utilizes extended color gamut printing technology, employing seven inks instead of the traditional four, which can reproduce over 90% of Pantone colors. This enhancement not only reduces the need for cleaning between print jobs but also boosts production efficiency. Siegwerk supported this transition by providing a matching seven-color ink set, ensuring the continuity and stability of the printing process and further enhancing the overall performance of flexible food packaging.

Mark Revere, Co-President of Revere Group, stated, "Switching to Siegwerk's low migration inks was absolutely worth it for us. These inks run faster and cleaner on the press, increasing uptime and reducing waste, which is a key component of our sustainability strategy."
