Project Overview and Construction Content:
Project Background: The Meihuajing Coal Mine has a production capacity of 12.00 Mt/a, with complete mining area conditions meeting the requirements for a new dispatch command center. A new three-story reinforced concrete frame structure building will be constructed on the basketball court north of the existing joint welfare building, with a building height of 14.1m.
Main Functional Areas: Indoor equipment room, UPS power room, dispatch command center, dispatch meeting room, daylighting hall, training meeting room, etc.
Bidding Scope: Construction of a new production dispatch command center (an independent single building connected to the joint building via a corridor), with a total floor area of 3255.3 m² and a building volume of 25059.93 m³. The main axis dimensions of the building are 42.5m × 45.6m, featuring a reinforced concrete frame structure with independent foundations. Includes building structure, decoration, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, outdoor supporting works, etc.
Special Notes: Items not included in this bidding are: conference audio-video system, weak current system cabinet/cable tray, some power distribution cabinets, fire alarm control panel, emergency centralized lighting controller, VRF air conditioning units (installed by manufacturer), gas fire suppression system (supplied by the Employer), video surveillance host (supplied by the Employer). All other items are included. The scope of secondary fine decoration involves walls, ceilings, and lighting for the dispatch room, dispatch meeting room, and daylighting hall, which will be calculated as provisional sums.
Post-construction Requirements: Temporary storage yards, pipe trenches, etc., must be greened and reclaimed upon completion to meet land reclamation, soil and water conservation, and grassland requisition and occupation acceptance requirements.
Construction Period and Location:
Planned Construction Period: Total duration of 700 calendar days. The actual commencement date is subject to the Tenderer's notice.

Quality Requirements:
Quality Standard: Comply with current construction codes of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and the construction industry, meeting the requirements of "Unified Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering" (GB50300), "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Ground" (GB50209), "Standard for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Decoration and Finishing Engineering" (GB50210-2018), and related standards.
