Swivel Flange

Is a specially designed pipeline connection component that allows the flange to rotate freely 360° during installation or operation, enabling adjustment of the pipeline alignment, compensation for installation deviations, or thermal expansion displacement. It can be made from materials such as 10#, 20# carbon steel, 16MnR, 12Cr1MoV alloy steel, and ASTM A403, 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. Pressure ratings include 300LB, 600LB, 900LB, 1500LB, etc. The product size range is from NPS1/2 to NPS36. Based on actual requirements, sealing surface types such as flat (FF), raised face (RF), and ring joint (RJ) can be used.
