The electric furnace transformers designed and produced by our company have high overload capacity and overvoltage capacity. They can operate safely for a long time under 1.2 times the load. For mine electric furnace transformers, the capacity is over 1.3 times. Moreover, according to different requirements of users, a greater overload capacity can be designed. The oil tank adopts a folded plate structure to reduce welds and increase strength, so as to ensure the reliability of product sealing. For the secondary large current output, advanced epoxy casting water-cooled conductive rods or epoxy casting conductive plates are adopted, with special-shaped fluororubber double-sided sealing, ensuring no leakage forever.
