The transformer's iron core is made of amorphous alloy, a material with high magnetic permeability and low loss characteristics. Its disordered atomic structure significantly reduces hysteresis and eddy current losses. The coil is cast using technology and equipment introduced from Germany's Hedrich, maintaining the excellent mechanical properties of traditional epoxy transformers, including resistance to cracking, moisture-proofing, flame-retardant self-extinguishing features, and maintenance-free operation. Additionally, the elastic fastening of the iron core and coil clamps keeps the coil in a constant-pressure state, significantly reducing operational noise. The use of filled materials and vacuum casting ensures thorough penetration between winding layers, turns, and segments, resulting in uniform curing, enhanced electrical strength, and improved short-circuit resistance. The winding adopts wire-wound or foil-wound construction, with pre-set longitudinal ventilation ducts in the inner coil tube for better heat dissipation.
