For the SGZ(B)10 and SGB10 series H-class dry-type transformers, a forced air cooling system can be equipped according to user requirements. This system uses cross-flow fans with large air volume, low energy consumption, low noise, beautiful appearance, convenient installation, and reliable operation.

The control system adopts a system temperature controller. The temperature controller uses three PT100 platinum resistors embedded in the three-phase low-voltage windings of the transformer to measure the hottest spot temperature in the transformer windings. It displays the temperature digitally, allowing operators to monitor the transformer operating temperature at any time. The controller also allows setting temperature thresholds to start/stop fans, trigger over-temperature alarms, over-temperature trip, and control system fault protection and alarms (such as fan overload, phase loss, etc.), ensuring safe and reliable operation of the transformer.
