ZK/ZC Series Dewatering Screen

This series of products is a screening equipment developed by our company for dewatering, desliming, and demediuming of slurry materials, with its screen box operating trajectory approximating a straight line. Its power unit comes in two forms: direct drive by a vibration motor (for smaller models) and drive by a common motor through a coupling to an exciter. The screen surface is available in various materials such as stainless steel, nylon, and polyurethane, which can be selected according to the user's actual situation. Installation methods include support type, suspension type, and combined suspension-support type, among others. It is suitable for processes such as tailings treatment, coal washing, water-washed quartz sand, and slurry for demediuming, dewatering, and desliming.
