Through catalytic combustion, reduce CO pollutant emissions in flue gas; CO catalytic combustion releases chemical heat, theoretically raising flue gas temperature by ~7℃ for every 1000mg/Nm3 CO removed, actual temperature rise ~6℃, saving blast furnace gas and achieving energy-saving effect.
Boqi, in collaboration with university teams, jointly developed the formula (Boqi independent intellectual property), with 2 invention patent applications. Using titanium dioxide as substrate, metal oxide composite carrier, transition metals and noble metals (Ru, Pd, Pt, and Au) as catalytic components to produce honeycomb catalyst, with the following advantages:
1) Low light-off temperature, above 220℃; 2) High oxidation efficiency, up to over 90%; 3) Stable activity, promised chemical life of 3 years; 4) High activity, space velocity up to 15000h-1
