Product Introduction

1. Introduction to Boqi Denitrification Technology

    Boqi entered the power denitrification market in 2005 and has established the Jinggangshan flow field laboratory, using physical modeling and numerical modeling technology to optimize reactor design. The independently developed SCR technology has been successfully applied in power, steel, cement, waste heat boilers, and other fields. It can better utilize catalysts, reduce ammonia consumption and ammonia slip, decrease system resistance and ash accumulation, and is adaptable to China's high-ash, high-sulfur flue gas treatment.

2. Denitrification Technology Features

    l  Uses ash blocking grille combined with ash hopper to intercept large particle dust and prevent catalyst blockage;

    l  Installs flow-guiding grilles at the reactor inlet to make upstream flue gas mixing more uniform and allow dust to enter the catalyst vertically, reducing catalyst wear;

    l  Can design reactors with bottom support or top suspension structures, suitable for various types of boilers;

    Zoned precise ammonia injection control technology uses NOx emission prediction model to dynamically control total ammonia injection, adapting to rapid load changes in peaking units, and dynamically correlates ammonia injection with NOx distribution through zoned control to effectively reduce ammonia slip.

3. Urea-to-Ammonia Process

Boqi exclusively introduced urea catalytic hydrolysis technology from Chemithon in the United States. Through digestion and absorption, it has formed a series of skid-mounted urea catalytic hydrolysis reactor products to meet rapid supply and installation requirements for different projects. This technology has been applied in the denitrification urea-to-ammonia project at the IZDEMIR power plant in Turkey. Currently, the company has upgraded and improved the urea catalytic hydrolysis technology, achieving more advanced, intelligent, safe, and reliable localized technology application.

SafeDeNOx Urea Catalytic Hydrolysis Process Features:

    l  Adopts original imported technology, 100% retains the chemical characteristic "reactor uses constant temperature and pressure control", ensuring extremely high urea hydrolysis efficiency and greatly reducing manual blowdown volume

    l  Fast start/stop, rapid load response, uses renewable catalyst (low price), reaction rate 10~30 times that of ordinary hydrolysis technology

    l  Full-process parameter monitoring combined with comprehensive control concept, achieving high automation of hydrolysis reactor, truly enabling one-key start/stop and multi-mode operation

    l  Strong adaptability, low requirement for urea quality, no system contamination, regular discharge of impurities in urea, impurities do not enter gas phase

    l  Single hydrolyzer maximum ammonia supply up to 1300kg/h; can meet denitrification requirements for 4×1000MW boilers at BMCR load simultaneously

    l  Flexible configuration, can use skid-mounted PLC cabinet, greatly optimizing control system configuration
