1. Low-Low Temperature Electrostatic Precipitator Technology

    Low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator technology involves installing a flue gas cooler (low-temperature economizer) before the flue gas enters the dry electrostatic precipitator, reducing the flue gas temperature below the acid dew point to cause SO3 condensation. This lowers fly ash specific resistance to improve dust removal efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator, while also removing sulfur trioxide, controlling PM2.5 emissions, and recovering flue gas waste heat.

Features of low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator system:
