The hydrolysis technology adopted by Boqi belongs to fast catalytic hydrolysis technology, using urea to convert into ammonia gas for SCR denitrification. Boqi adds a certain amount of DAP and MAP (ammonium phosphate salts) catalysts in the hydrolyzer to change the reaction pathway, lower the activation energy, and significantly increase the reaction rate.
Skid-mounted modular design: Convenient supply, reduces on-site installation difficulty and duration. Pipeline valves do not clog or stick.
Strong wide-load adaptability: Load adjustable from 10~110%, supports 10%/min peak shaving, can supply ammonia to 1-to-8 SCR units. Can set automatic steam purging for easy use.
Hydrophobic recovery with no white smoke: Equipped with hydrophobic cooling recovery system, no white smoke, temperature controlled at around 80℃, reduces pump cavitation.
Low manpower workload: Urea bagged unloading system significantly reduces labor intensity.
