Product Technical Features
The MANL32/40 series diesel engine adopts an overall rigid design. The frame structure and ductile iron material ensure that the body has high strength and good overall rigidity. The main bearing through bolts, side tension bolts and cylinder head bolts are tightened by hydraulic tension, with accurate preload control, so that the deformation of stressed parts is close to the theoretical design value, with a high safety factor.
The cylinder unit adopts integral assembly for convenient loading and unloading. The precision-machined cylinder liner and independent cooling water jacket design ensure the optimal cylinder clearance between the piston and cylinder liner, extending service life. The optimized combustion chamber shape improves the injection atomization effect, helping to ensure the balance of the air-fuel mixture, reduce combustion residues and smoke, and improve fuel economy.

This series of engines is equipped with advanced turbochargers and two-stage intercooling systems, with excellent intake performance. At the same time, it adopts the AT2000 (or SaCoS) safety control system with high reliability. It has wide fuel adaptability and can use light diesel (MGO), marine diesel (MDO) and heavy fuel oil (HFO) with viscosity up to 700cSt/50℃.
