Huate has collaborated with RWTH Aachen University to create "Sino-German Technology Development Center of Electro-Magnetic Separation and Mineral Processing with Artificial Intelligence" in Germany, jointly researching and developing world-class X-ray, near infrared and optical intelligent sensor based sorting system. It realizes the extraction of the surface and internal characteristics of ore at super high speed, and solves the problem of dry pre-separation and discarding of ore by combining the existing technology with advanced German intelligent industry 4.0 technology, which fills in the blank in China.
HTRX intelligent sensor based sorter adopts intelligent identification method to establish an analysis model suitable for different coal quality characteristics. Through big data analysis, it can digitally identify coal and gangue, which is used for large-size dry separation of coal and gangue, reducing gangue sliming and coal slime water system load, effectively improving and stabilizing the coal quality of raw coal for washing, and reducing the cost of coal preparation.
It is also used for scrap aluminum profiles, mixed aluminum scrap, aluminum plates, pop cans, scrap automobiles, household appliances and other products of aluminum alloy slices. After the non-metallic materials are removed by the eddy current separator, the sorter then sort out the mixed copper, zinc, stainless steel and other metal impurities to ensure the purity of recycled aluminum.
