GC-4200 Gas Chromatograph

The GC-4200 is the latest gas chromatograph to be launched by EWAI, featuring an advanced EPC gas flow control system and a high-precision temperature control system, equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen with networking capabilities. It is a highly stable, highly sensitive, highly networked, and intelligent gas chromatograph. It has been awarded the German Design Award 2026 in "Excellent Product Design".

The operating system, developed on the Linux kernel, enables instrument monitoring and control via PC, tablet, and smartphone. 

Equipped with a 10-inch color touchscreen: featuring an elegant interface, intuitive and convenient finger operation, good interactivity, and a simplified human-machine interface. 

Comes with a built-in liquid autosampler mounting platform, capable of accommodating two liquid autosamplers simultaneously for dual-tower injection. 

The column oven features a dual rear-door design, equipped with a high-precision temperature control system, enabling rapid and accurate heating and cooling operations, with temperature control performance reaching internationally advanced levels. 

A brand-new electronic gas flow control system, equipped with high-precision EPC, enables full EPC control of the entire instrument's gas pathways. 

Carrier gas control modes: supports constant flow, constant pressure, upgradable to programmed pressure ramping, programmed flow ramping, atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature change compensation, and features linear velocity calculation.

Multiple injection modes are available, with an upgradeable quick-release injection port.

Column oven anti-scald function: the door motor automatically stops, the column oven heating wire stops heating, and automatically resumes when the door is closed.

The chromatograph communicates with the computer via Ethernet port, which is more stable and reliable. Features scheduled startup, shutdown, and standby functions, supporting remote monitoring via smartphone.
