The PLM3500 and PLM4000 crushers are key crushing equipment in the stage loader system of fully mechanized coal mining faces. They are installed and used in conjunction with the scraper stage loader, and work in coordination with the face scraper conveyor, shearer, hydraulic supports, and belt conveyor to achieve integrated operation of raw coal mining, crushing, and transportation.
This machine is specifically designed for underground coal mine conditions, with a crushing capacity of 3500 t/h and 4000 t/h. It can continuously crush large lumps of raw coal and gangue during the conveying process, with an output particle size of ≤300 mm that is adjustable, precisely meeting the process requirements for subsequent washing, transportation, or furnace feed particle size.
