The PLM2000 crusher is a key crushing equipment in the stage loader system of fully mechanized coal mining faces. It is installed and used in conjunction with the scraper stage loader, and works in coordination with the face scraper conveyor, shearer, hydraulic supports, and belt conveyor to achieve integrated operation of raw coal mining, crushing, and transportation.
This machine is specifically designed for underground coal mine conditions, with a crushing capacity of 2000 t/h. It can continuously crush large lump coal and gangue during the conveying process, with an adjustable discharge particle size of ≤300mm, precisely meeting the process requirements for subsequent washing, transportation, or feed size for downstream applications.
