The PLM1000 crusher is a key crushing device in the stage loader system of fully mechanized coal mining faces, installed and operated in conjunction with the scraper stage loader, and working collaboratively with the face scraper conveyor, shearer, hydraulic supports, and belt conveyor to achieve integrated operation of raw coal extraction, crushing, and transportation.
This machine is specifically designed for underground coal mine conditions, with a crushing capacity of 1000 t/h. It continuously crushes large lumps of raw coal and gangue during the conveying process, with an adjustable discharge particle size of ≤300mm, precisely meeting the process requirements for subsequent washing, transportation, or furnace feed particle size.
