The PLM3000 crusher is a key crushing device in the stage loader system of fully mechanized coal mining faces, installed in conjunction with the scraper stage loader, and operating in coordination with the face scraper conveyor, shearer, hydraulic supports, and belt conveyor to achieve integrated mining, crushing, and conveying of raw coal.
Specifically designed for underground coal mine conditions, this machine has a crushing capacity of 3000 t/h, enabling continuous crushing of large lump coal and gangue during conveying, with an adjustable discharge particle size of ≤300mm, precisely meeting the process requirements for subsequent washing, transport, or furnace feed particle sizes.
