Our company's independently developed new arch-anchor-grouting combined operation trolley integrates arch erection, anchor drilling, and grout mixing/injection functions. The equipment can complete the three processes of arch erection, anchor installation, and grouting simultaneously without requiring withdrawal from the working face, improving work efficiency by more than 50% compared to traditional methods, significantly reducing the number of construction personnel, and greatly enhancing safety indices.

Structural Features
Integrated rigid engineering chassis, four-wheel drive, bidirectional driving design, electric-powered operation, diesel-powered emergency backup. All three arms feature rotary folding + telescopic structures, with a significantly larger working radius for the side arms compared to other products. The three-arm, three-gripper structure is equipped with a dual-anchor high-power rock drilling system, achieving a maximum drilling depth of 4.1m and accommodating 4.5m drill rods. The single-arm maximum lifting capacity is 3t, and the grout mixing/injection capacity reaches 4 cubic meters per hour.

The high-capacity grout pump delivers 4m³/h with dual-channel grouting, doubling efficiency. The arch erection arm is also fitted with dual hydraulic breakers for under-excavation treatment and hazard removal.
