QLYH Intelligent Curing Trolley

The curing trolley is a specialized piece of equipment used in tunnel construction for curing secondary lining concrete. The QLYHB intelligent curing trolley, independently developed by Luoyang China Railway Qiangli Machinery Co., Ltd., is primarily designed to address issues such as shrinkage deformation and drying shrinkage cracks caused by untimely and non-standard curing of secondary lining concrete.
The trolley mainly consists of a gantry frame, maintenance platform, traveling system, spraying system, and control system.
The curing trolley produced by China Railway Qiangli Company adopts a four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering structure, ensuring stable traveling and flexible steering. The curing track features a cantilever structure design that can extend to the end area of the secondary lining trolley, effectively solving the problem of curing blind spots. A full-section working platform is provided to facilitate workers in inspecting and maintaining the tunnel. Equipped with an intelligent control system, it can perform cyclic curing according to set time intervals and frequencies, monitor equipment operating status in real time, and improve curing efficiency. At the same time, it can accurately sense environmental parameters inside the tunnel and adjust curing strategies such as heating temperature and spraying water volume in real time to ensure curing quality. Compared with other similar products, the intelligent curing trolley produced by our company can achieve unattended automatic curing, significantly reducing labor costs. For low-temperature and high-altitude regions as well as winter construction, extended models such as the intelligent steam curing trolley have also been developed.
