Main Technical Features
1. Automatic Track Feeding System
Track laying is fully automated, eliminating the need for manual handling of the V-shaped groove system. The circumferential construction joints are V-shaped to prevent concrete cracking and spalling at the joints.
2. Insertion Vibrating System
It can avoid rebar and vibrate the concrete internally to ensure the compactness of the crown. Equipped with an intelligent system, it can set vibration time, frequency, and intervals, and record vibration data in real time.
3. Intelligent Layered Window-by-Window Pouring System
This system adopts a structure with rotating alignment and telescopic sealing. The pump pipe branches extend to each pouring window in one go, and the tail-end pipe adopts a rotating method, which can simultaneously meet the pouring needs of two windows, truly enabling all windows to be poured under pressure. Additionally, it is equipped with a cleaning device and a residual material collection pipeline, effectively improving the construction environment and enhancing construction efficiency.
4. Soft Overlap System
Equipped with soft rubber and extrusion warning devices to prevent grout leakage during pouring and damage to the already lined surface.
5. Polymer End Plates
Made of new polymer environmentally friendly materials with high strength and light weight, and the crown is fully transparent for easy observation of the pouring process.
6. Pneumatic Vibrating System
The side sections can be equipped with multiple sets of pneumatic vibrators, offering higher safety and greater environmental friendliness. Combined with insertion vibrators, it achieves full coverage of secondary lining vibration.
7. New Informatization System
The informatization system was first introduced in 2017. The new system has been continuously optimized and improved on this basis, featuring the following functions: tunnel temperature, humidity, and dust detection; overlap warning system; concrete temperature at pouring, pouring volume statistics, real-time progress display, crown pouring pressure monitoring and warning, crown fullness monitoring system, remote video surveillance system, data archiving and query module, and real-time data printing system. The new system also features IoT capabilities—inserting a communication card enables cloud transmission of on-site data, supporting remote or off-site access, facilitating management and traceability of on-site construction.
Currently, the new intelligent informatized secondary lining trolley has been put into use on the Meilong Railway, Xuanji Railway, and Sichuan-Tibet Railway, and has received high recognition at the construction sites.
