Product Introduction

The truss-type support system is widely used in projects with complex engineering environments, especially cast-in-place box girder supports with significant terrain undulations, bridge reinforcement, bridge demolition projects, high-load cast-in-place concrete supports, cross-river and cross-road gantry supports, and steel structure installation works. It is particularly suitable for projects involving road crossings, river crossings, complex terrain, and exceptionally tall supports. The vertical posts of the truss-type support system have a diameter of 133mm, a wall thickness of 5.6mm, and are manufactured from Q355B grade material.

Advantages

High load-bearing capacity, with a single vertical post ultimate bearing capacity of approximately 450KN
Multiple truss specifications available, compatible with various support spacings
Excellent overall stability, high strength, and high rigidity of the unit truss
Fewer components, easy assembly and disassembly, and can be pre-assembled on the ground and lifted into place
Equipped with adjustable base jacks to accommodate different terrain conditions

Product Parameters

Hoisting-Type Adjustable Elevator Shaft Inner Formwork
The hoisting-type adjustable elevator shaft inner formwork is used for formwork installation, reinforcement, and protection of elevator shafts in construction projects, utilizing tower cranes to achieve integral floor-by-floor climbing.

Advantages

Eliminates the need for layer-by-layer erection of steel pipe scaffolding and laying of steel mesh flooring, improving construction efficiency and reducing construction costs
Eliminates the need for layer-by-layer assembly and disassembly of formwork, improving construction efficiency and reducing construction costs
Features an integrated, fully enclosed working platform with no safety hazards, effectively reducing the incidence of on-site accidents
Features an integrated, fully enclosed lower suspension platform for sealing tie-rod holes, providing secondary protection and opening protection, better safeguarding the safety of construction workers
Enhanced on-site presentation, guaranteed worker safety, faster construction progress, reduced construction costs, with overall cost savings of up to 35%
140x140
Automatic Climbing Adjustable Elevator Shaft Inner Formwork
The automatic climbing adjustable elevator shaft inner formwork system is professionally used for formwork installation, reinforcement, and protection of elevator shafts in construction projects, employing an alternating support method to achieve integral floor-by-floor climbing.

Advantages

Excellent integrity and high rigidity
Easy to assemble throughout the process and easy to adjust for different structures; rapid panel installation and removal; the entire platform and inner shaft formwork can be quickly combined and positioned without piece-by-piece assembly, and without reliance on tower cranes for lifting. It utilizes its own electric screw system for integral automatic climbing, with motor-driven automatic formwork retraction and extension, eliminating the need for manual rotation of formwork screws and saving time on repeated formwork installation and removal
Fully remote-controlled operation, with no personnel required to enter the shaft during the climbing process, enhancing safety
Structurally integrated, fully enclosed working platform with no safety hazards, effectively reducing the incidence of on-site accidents
Features an integrated, fully enclosed lower suspension platform for sealing tie-rod holes, providing secondary protection and opening protection, better safeguarding the safety of construction workers
