Product Introduction

The new support system is widely used in airports, railway engineering, highway bridges, metro depots, metro stations, water conservancy and hydropower, and building construction. Compared with other products, it significantly reduces material usage, compresses construction site area, alleviates transportation pressure, and saves construction time. In the new support system, the diameters of the uprights, ledgers, and diagonal braces are all 48.3mm with a wall thickness of 3.2mm, made of Q355B steel, manufactured in compliance with European standards.

Advantages

Forged nodes for stronger load-bearing capacity: node rotational stiffness exceeds 100 kN·m/rad, and the ultimate load-bearing capacity of the upright reaches 120 kN, ensuring greater structural stability and superior load performance.
Patented diagonal bracing for stability and reliability: clip-type diagonal bracing connects through the nodes, enhancing overall stability and lateral resistance.
Fewer accessories, longer service life: streamlined components, all treated with hot-dip galvanization for corrosion resistance, low maintenance, and durability.
Flexible layout with efficient assembly and dismantling: multiple ledger specifications accommodate various support spacings, the system is easy to connect, and assembly and dismantling are fast and efficient.

Product Parameters

Hoisting-Type Adjustable Elevator Shaft Internal Formwork
The hoisting-type adjustable elevator shaft internal formwork is used for the erection, reinforcement, and protection of elevator shaft formwork in building construction, utilizing tower cranes to achieve integral floor-by-floor climbing.

Advantages

Eliminates the need to erect steel pipe scaffolding and lay steel mesh boards floor by floor, improving construction efficiency and reducing construction costs
Eliminates the need to assemble and dismantle formwork floor by floor, improving construction efficiency and reducing construction costs
Features an integrated, fully enclosed operating platform with no safety hazards, effectively reducing the incidence of on-site accidents
Features an integrated, fully enclosed lower hanging platform for sealing tie rod holes, providing secondary protection and opening protection, better safeguarding the safety of construction workers
Enhances the on-site image, ensures worker safety, accelerates construction progress, saves construction costs, and can reduce overall costs by 35%
140x140
Auto-Climbing Adjustable Elevator Shaft Internal Formwork
The auto-climbing adjustable elevator shaft internal formwork system is specifically used for the erection, reinforcement, and protection of elevator shaft formwork in building construction, employing an alternating support method to achieve integral floor-by-floor climbing.

Advantages

Excellent integrity and high rigidity
Easy to assemble throughout and easy to adjust for different structures, with rapid panel assembly and dismantling; the entire platform and internal shaft formwork can be quickly combined and positioned without the need for piece-by-piece assembly or reliance on tower cranes for hoisting. It utilizes its own electric screw system for integral automatic climbing, with motors driving the formwork to automatically retract and extend, eliminating the need for manual turning of formwork screws and saving time on repeated formwork assembly and dismantling
Fully remote-controlled operation, with no personnel required to enter the shaft during the climbing process, ensuring greater safety
Structurally integrated, fully enclosed operating platform with no safety hazards, effectively reducing the incidence of on-site accidents
Features an integrated, fully enclosed lower hanging platform for sealing tie rod holes, providing secondary protection and opening protection, better safeguarding the safety of construction workers
