Product Introduction

In response to the Singapore government's initiative for construction industrialization, and upholding a customer-centric business philosophy, we have collaborated with partners through multiple rounds of product development and upgrades to successfully launch the PPVC formwork system (or MIC modular integrated construction) and its ancillary products.
The PPVC formwork treats an entire room of a building as a single modular unit. The formwork structure is prefabricated in the factory, then transported to the construction site for assembly, pouring, and molding of the room module, enabling one-time pouring and molding of the entire prefabricated room.

Product Series

K Series
Semi-enclosed structure, consisting of horizontal floor and ceiling slabs, along with three vertical wall panels.

R Series
Semi-enclosed structure, forming an integrated module with a horizontal ceiling slab and four vertical wall panels.

H Series
Enclosed or semi-enclosed structural system formed by four vertical wall panels, without ceiling or floor slabs, featuring a cavity structure within the walls.

Advantages

1. High construction efficiency and fast completion: One-time pouring and molding significantly shortens the prefabrication cycle. Compared to traditional steel formwork, construction efficiency can be improved by over 50%.

Production and workflow processes are clear and well-defined, reducing on-site time spent locating and arranging materials, greatly enhancing efficiency while saving substantial labor and time.

2. Safe construction: Molding is completed off-site using prefabricated formwork, reducing on-site dust and noise, while lowering worker labor intensity and improving construction safety.

3. Automated production, superior molding quality, and greater cost savings: The retractable steel structure and automated control system enable machine operation, allowing automatic mold closing and stripping; compared to traditional steel formwork, labor costs can be reduced by over 40%. The self-supporting inner and outer mold frames can resist lateral concrete pressure without tie rods, reducing manual operations, enhancing the quality of precast components, achieving a finish close to fair-faced concrete, and lowering the risk of water leakage in buildings.

4. Green and environmentally friendly: A green, low-carbon, and highly automated working environment aligns with the global low-carbon economy trend and the green building concepts advocated by governments worldwide, gradually replacing the working environments associated with traditional construction technologies.
